Upon check out time, please be sure of each of the following:

Used sheets and blankets are piled up at the end of each used bed

Used towels are hung up on wall hooks in laundry room or bathroom

Garage door openers are both in the left drawer of the “Cape Coral” wall chest

All doors and windows are locked

Guests have signed out of all streaming services on smart TVs

Garbage and recycling are taken out

Pool fence and pool floats are put away in garage

Cupboard locks, outlet covers, and other baby items are put away

Any home décor moved out of the way of children/pets is returned

All messes have been cleaned up

Any damages or low stock of supplies have been texted to Bill at (563) 590 – 7632
